LLC is a Delaware corporation and consulting company with
an emphasis in business and technology, located in San Francisco,
California. Miki Heitzman and Cynthia Tsuchimoto are the
principal partners.

Miki
Heitzman - Director
Miki has a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and is
a certified paralegal from Georgetown University in Washington
DC. She has served as administrator and financial director
for international technology companies. She is fully bilingual
in both English and Japanese and has first hand knowledge
of Japanese culture (she was born and raised in Japan).
She was a Project Director for the 3 year Federal grant,
the Japanese Language Integration Project (JLIP) at the
Japanese Bilingual Bicultural Program West (JBBP West) until
summer of 2004, in the San Francisco Unified School District.
The JLIP was a federally funded program. Her team has successfully
developed and deployed the original Japanese language software
program "Adventures in Nihongo" for K to 5. The JLIP was
invited to present their software at the National Association
of Bilingual Education (NABE) 2003 conference. She was also
the creator and director of the JBBP Choir and the After
School English Tutoring program (for ELL Japanese students).

Cynthia
R. Tsuchimoto - Administrator
Cynthia has a Bachelor's Degree in Small Business Management
from San Francisco State University. She has over 20 years
of management experience in accounting, finance and technology
and has served as Controller for a newspaper publisher and
a property management company. As a mother of a middle school
age daughter, Cynthia has spent many hours researching the
psychology of 11 to 13 year olds and makes use of this information
everyday at Xperience!

Joyce
Hata - Administrative Assistant
Joyce has a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition from the University
of Washington. She has spent the last 20 years as the parent
liaison for the Japanese Bilingual Bicultural Program, a
public elementary school in the San Francisco Unified School
District. Joyce's responsibilities include bridging the
communication gap between English and non-English speaking
families, in addition to being the program contact to the
District offices. Her organizational, communication and
time management skills are important assets to this project.
